A little bit about me

My path into bodywork began in early adulthood when I started exploring a more holistic approach to health. Learning about the mind-body connection, whole foods, and natural medicine opened me to a way of living rooted in self-awareness and self-care, and ultimately inspired a career change. Over the years, I've studied a variety of healing modalities, including shiatsu massage, colon hydrotherapy, and acupuncture. Each has deepened my appreciation for the body's remarkable capacity to adapt, heal, and find balance. In 2021, I graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute and have continued my education through Dynamic Body Balancing, an approach that explores the relationship between fascia, structural balance, and the nervous system.
What I love most about this work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Whether someone is seeking relief from stress and anxiety, greater ease of movement, or simply a chance to reconnect with themselves, I strive to create a space where they feel supported and cared for. Through both personal experience and professional practice, I've seen how bodywork can strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit. It is a privilege to be part of that process for my clients.
